Payal Shah & Vinod Venugopal - Cinematic Hindu Highlights

On October 29, 2011, Payal and Vinod became husband and wife. They chose to have their wedding in Phoenix, Arizona, where the bride grew up. The groom and his family flew in from Chicago, with the long journey behind them, they were ready for a real Gujarati wedding celebration! They began the day at the Pointe Hilton Resort, preparing for the day of festivities. The groom arrived for the baraat at 10:00 am, dancing along with the dhol player, his family and friends. As they approached the entrance to the ceremony, the bride's mom greeted Vinod by blessing him with tikka, arathi and a good old nose pinching! Following Gujarati traditions, they proceeded the the mandap where pundit Shukavak Dasa, from Riverside Temple, performed the wedding ceremony. Following the ceremony, the guest were invited to the reception in the evening, held in the main ballroom.

Behind the scenes: They decided to go with one of our cinematic packages, which included preparation shots, 2 Canon 5D cameras for ceremony, a full length extended reel (about 3 hours) along with a highlight reel (7 minutes). Client will also received the hard drive and all raw files with their package.
