  • I was looking for some information about safely cooking eggs tips and then I found this video of yours. What about the egg yolk in that recipe? Wasn’t it under cooked? The internal temperature shouldn’t be at least at 160 degrees? Is it recommended for children? What about the risk o Salmonella? I would be very pleased if you could help me with that. Thanks and congrats for the good work with the video.
