Or just download the FREE Astro file manager, search for weather widget.apk on google, download, put on the root of mem stick, open astro, install that and get it free

If you're not rooted then you have to pay for an app in the market called weather widgets (its a $1.00)
That will give you the flip clock (but it doesn't flip)
Or you could always just root your phone. Lol...
