Is there a eyebrow lifter? in their dollar line? All I found was the wet gloss lash & brow clear mascara. where you talking about that?

yes, their only eyebrow treatment in the "dollar line" is the wet gloss lash and brow clear mascara ... that one is not a lifter, just a conditioner and shaper.
