@pharmachist You can't film someone without their permission? Maybe in Soviet Russia. In any first world country you don't need permission to film or take photos unless the person is in a private space, meaning indoors at their home, or in a public bathroom, or place where there is a 'reasonable expectation of privacy' (your front and back yard don't count even). Learn the law before you start talking shit mate, people will read this and fear filming police brutality without 'permission'.
