Hey... i just recorded while moving the fader on the filter. It didn't really come out the way i wanted it too, but close enough.

@ruditouteski do you mean you recorded the song playing, and used that mp3 for this video? or did you record in the program and then move the fader on the filter? i thought the effects were stationary in beatmaker2

I recorded it in the program, moving the fader on the filter... when i played it back it didn't sound anything like i wanted though, it just kinda did it's own thing ... but it did record somewhat of a variation.

question when you chop your samples how much slicing do you do? and how big or less do you chop the sample?

Hey sorry for answering so late... it all depends really, in this case, the bass is just a a loop really.... in other cases i'll chop the crap out the samples.... like say each time the snare hits.
