I would say this is a deep uki goshi. In o goshi you block his hips fully and pull him over. In uki goshi you only block his hips partially and pull him around. Also in uki goshi you sometimes use your hip movement to 'bounce' him up, making it easier to pull him around. Then again I could be wrong...

Correct. The main difference is in o goshi projection on a vertical plane, with full lifting of uke; in uki goshi only a little loading and horizontal projection with rotation of the body. This when uki goshi is applied in the same direction of the movement of uke, as demonstrated by Koike; when applied on the moving of the other leg (as in nage no kata) the entry is less deep and requires no loading at all but only rotation on the hip.
