usually we catch the bait and cut them up right then. but once we caught about 200 shiners but cut them up and put em in a giant bucket with a lid and let it sit for about 3hrs and that caught a ton of big flathead and channel a few months ago

Yeah cut bait always works well. I usually let them sit out for a while and get extra stinky. Same with the livers. Ever tried that?

nope weve been using cut shiners and any meats we can get. but i see fomr this vid that gizzard livers are great so ill give them a try
