gec494850, I believe in God, I / We made a Covenant to Him in year 2000 Jubilee in Rome, and in Jerusalem where He walks for 33 years tell His Crucifixion for my sins, and He responded to me / us Abundantly.

God Does talk to every human being who is willing to listen. and He said "JUST Believed in Me".

He might not speak in words directly because we are not worthy, but he shows us Signs, Dreams that he is there, and he listen to his Children Who are Closer to Him. By Serving, Adoring, Surrender, praising, Tides, and propagates His WORDS.
