Apparently YOU don't know what rhetorical means, although your are familiar with the expression "rhetorical question" and you use the term appropriately. But rhetorical in itself, is not the same. hey mate, i also used to believe such ridiculous generalizations ( all americans being stupid is such a deep rooted belief here in greece), but no more. still it does stand to reason to indict bush (and plenty more) as a mass murderer, literally.
