J.S.A. Joint Security Area South Korea 2011

Today we visited the Joint Security Area at he South Korean border. This area is controled by US and Korean soldiers and it's the spot where you are face to face with enemy soldiers of North Korea. The movement of the North Korean soldiers according to US soldiers was unexpected and you can see the reaction of one of the privates checking out what's going on on the other side.
The North Koreans are know for the harsh mentality and have caused lot's of conflicts at different spots at the DMZ.

So why the author named North Korean soldiers enemies? Did north Korean took some territory of your motherland or raped someone of your family members or may be North Korea is a state who tries to export its "values" in Iraq, Iran, Balkans, Baltic states etc? It'is just one unlucky country living under its dictator and they have a right for such regime like any other nation.

@shananagans5 They make arrangement to paint beforehand and both sides can step over the line with PRIOR agreement, its called a Joint Security Area for a reason, both side used to mix within the area until the Axe murder incident, since then the line had been hardened and both sides must remain on their side unless given permission to step over, the neutral liaisons officer deal with that.
