@FlipedOff Try to use something like format factory. Take the video straight from the camera into format factory and convert to software of choice

The new software "FlipShare" detects and gives option to upgrade firmware.

I don't want to upgrade my Flip Camera! If I do, I can not use Windows Movie Maker anymore! I will have to use their program! Any ideas? Thanks

They don't have that firmware update anymore. I called, and they didn't answer.
Any suggestions?

They no longer have this firmware update and the page you go to, you click the link to get the software and you get an error that the SITE isn't found (not a 404 but the domain is no longer online). I called Flip 5 times and they didn't want to help at all. They referred me to download the software (not firmware) and they have no firmware update. :(

I CAN'T access my recorded videos. And when I plug the flip in, it only charges the camera and I have to click on the flipshare icon to go to flipshare. So when it's on flipshare it doesn't show my recorded clips.
HELP! I checked their website and stuff for help, its useless no contact number, I need to speak to a HUMNAN BEING NOT a computer...

@Arostyle380 Cisco, the owners of Flip, closed down the Flip operation and no longer produce, sell or support Flip cameras.
