My guess is that the fans get a good old touch of the holy messiah, then pass him back on stage so he can continue rocking the sh*t out of the place.

And RHCP of all bands aren't afraid to laugh at themselves. Anthony continues to sing as he falls and the band continues to play without him:) It's great.
