@Sexellaxxx the droplet isn't moving. The camera-operator inside the shuttle has shifted their position and so panned up and along the window. The water droplet is stationary and you can see the earth refracted into it.

The sphere that appears, I saw a documentary talking about certain kind of UFOs that are spheres of water, in dimensional travel.... So it appears,

NOTICE how it flies in a perfectly STRAIGHT line! If it was a droplet inside the ship... How could a droplet materialise out of nowhere, and start moving in a straight line towards the right of the screen.....
