Eddie, you knew at age 35 that Love Rollercoaster was an Ohio Players song, but Eric has to be a lot younger if he thought it was Red Hot Chili Peppers' song.

Always try Ticketmaster. There's always a Old School type Funk Fest where they are touring with groups like Con Funk Shun or someone like that. Cameo is a direct bite, but Prince is a mix of several entertainers like Sugarfoot, a little James Brown, a little Jackie Wilson, some Eric Clapton, etc.

I'm 35. When I was in HS almost all of the OP's albums except greatest hits were very difficult to come buy... and for that case even P-Funk/Funkadelic were long out of print... It was usually older guys in their 40's+ who still remembered PAIN, SKIN TIGHT and all that stuff... Its hard to believe but the 70's were over 30 years ago... ! ! !

I've been living outside the country... I saw their tour in the early 90's - - small club... Chestnut Cabaret/Philly. Sugar's one hell of an entertainer... its amazing how guys like Prince and Cameo totally copped his act and became even bigger...
Is there any 411 on the web about where they're playing?

Eddie, they never broke up. They have been touring forever. Didn't you see them on Sinbad's Funk Fest back in the 90s. I've seen them twice while attending Tom Joyner's Sky Shows.
