I always thought Abba should have released this as a single. But of course the album, Arrival, already had three monster hits.(Dancing Queen, Knowing Me Knowing You and Money Money Money.) Bjorn has said they probably worked harder here than on any other track to get the sound of this song perfect. His opening acoustic guitar is exquisite and how perfect is the line, "Leaning over me, he was trying to explain the laws of geometry." A great and highly underrated song.

@scholion No, it was the Norwegian and Danish that sailed West, it was Swedish Vikings that went East. The Norwegian/Danish ones were the ones that went all the way to Italy, France (Normans), Britain (both as Normans and otherwise, but only succeed invading as Normans) and to Greenland/Iceland. Generally the Norwegians went Scotland (etc), Iceland, Greenland while the Danes went south.

This is kind of funny seeing them playing high school students. They were like into their 30s and Agnetha was in the mid 20s and it would just look very unbelievable that they are high school students. This a great song.

@metrijst "Vikings are from Norway not from Sweden" - Yes and Madrid is the capital of India.
Danish and Swedish Vikings sailed westwards, they conquered Britain and were the first Europeans to reach American shores. Swedish Vikings also went eastwards (Russia and the Ukraine) and unlike other Vikings they dared to head down to what today is Turkey. While in Constantinople/Istanbul they got control over one of the largest cities of those days.
Norway colonized tiny Iceland. Hahaha..
