Joyce, there look scrumptious. I can't eat walnuts so am going to try pecans and then use dried cranberries. You have to come see my new induction cooktop-also I have tons of brown sugar, do you need any. Stop by.

Wonderful recipe ~ Just discovered your channel & subscribed. Looking forward to trying many of your recipes. You are so inspirational Joyce ~ How far ahead can I make these choc goodies & store them? What about scooping the mixture directly into the mini paper cups instead of chilling them separately & then adding them to the cups?

These chocolates can be made a week or two ahead (storing in a cool place).....you can freeze them also.
The chocolates will stick to the paper if you put them in directly. Chill well on the waxed paper, peel off and place in the paper cups.

Hi Joyce.
Thanks for sharing your recipes and demos. I made these but they came out very 'sticky'. Any idea what happened? Maybe I put too much light corn syrup?
Also, do you have your recipes written down on here or another site?
Thanks very much,

It sounds like you didn't chill the candies long enough. It's possible that you did use too much corn syrup, water, or vanilla extract. The ingredients are listed at the end of this video.
