How to Build a CA. Legal AR-15

This is a very quick way of my explaining how i bought and built my CA legal AR-15

its a hard thing to grasp at first and i didn't KNOW jack a couple months ago, i did all this research on my own, none of my friends are "into guns" although i did have the help of a fellow CALgunner named "Vtec44" (i think his name was) he showed me CALguns.net and from there i researched and read until i felt confident enough to start my own CA legal AR15 project.

again this video was real quick, i dont know how to edit very well so i usually do them in one take.
and ya i often repeat myself but ya whatev.

@OfficialDannyDifalco Interesting, so you need to be 21 for a stripped lower and 18 for a completed rifle straight from the factory? That's messed up. Thanks for the clarification. I was under the impression that the lower was still considered a rifle...

@jamestheairsofter its a mag release that can only be activated by sticking a bullet or something else skinny in it... you cant press it with your finger

@OfficialDannyDilfaco also Pleasington would not be offering to settle out of court and pay his 6,000 bond back to him if they were illegal in the configuration of a BB and "flash hider". A won court case is pretty much an "unwritten" they are "ok" not to mention what I said before about meeting DOJ written law. Just like m16 style carriers do not constitute a "full auto" part in a semi auto AR. My SGL23 came straight from arsenal with a BB and a comp right off the shelf.
