  • I followed the recipe to the last detail, but the result was quite disappointing...

  • Did you put salt? and is it ok, to used the beef stock to mix the tomato puree and the cramberry sauce.?

  • Hmmm, this looks really good :) I'm Irish and used to making lamb stew but this very, very nice :D I'll have to try making it soon, haha I can almost smell it :)

  • what a nice recipe

    it looks yummy :D

  • thank you. it looks very delicious, I made lamb barbacoa mexican style recently but it is cooked by vapor. is this recipe arabian or morrocon ? where is it from. I will try it, I just bought a lamb leg.

  • Wow that looks DELICIOUS. You are fastidious in cutting the fat away, lol.

I suggest you drop by a restaurant supply store and treat yourself to a huge cooking pot, mixing bowl, and roasting pan since you clearly like cooking large quantities. Or drop hints around xmas or birthday time.

  • yum

  • sod Gordon Ramsey

  • you put it in the oven to brown the top or under the grill.
