I thought it was sweet, though now with annotation it might behoove you to add a clickbox for people to jump straight to the action if they don't want to see the animation. Then again, that would be a courtesy and not an obligation. Good job with the lip-sync, though - did you morph a still shot for the animation effect? :-?
