Quite frankly, Manson stole a lot of shit from artists.
I also heard a rumor that Mr. Warner may have killed the original singer of Christian Death... (If you don't know who that is... Shame on you.).

@rmhanzel I'm just merely stating that Skinny Puppy inspired Trent to write his first song "Down in It" that led to forming NIN. Sorry for the mistake you are correct that the song is "Dig It" it was a fast response. ohGr and Trent are buddies and you will find through out their history they give little nods to each other. This is just one of them. A lot of kids these days don't know their history and I'm tired of people saying NIN came first. Glad you caught the Public Enemy sample!
