The Market was a fine band full of excellent song writers and with a producer of the stature of Felix Pappalardi (Cream) should have made a gold record or two. But I think their melodies were swamped by the hard rock that took over the music world at the time. This tune, Side I Am, rocked, and was the single picked when the Aardvark album was released, but a lot of their stuff more of the soft rock. category. But Aardvark and Avenue Road are worth a listen, with excellent production values.
