Connect to an other machines registry, and get access to edit read and write.

This could be used to edit anything in windows on the other machine, or put a startup program for your own application.

A Hacker can use this to put his trojan on your startup.

Well you would first need to hack into the computer and get access to the shell, then you could create yourself an administrator account and login using it.

Hey look. When i try to open the HKLM registry key it does not allow me. It sais : cannot open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE : error while opening key. Can u help me with this problem ?

Yes but u have to know the user name and password so its not really hacking
