University of Baguio on fire

Around 11:30 am on Saturday February 16th the University of Baguio- high school building caught fire. The causes are unknown at this time.

Almost everything has drills. haha either your just dumb or acting dumb. Be it a Natural Phenomenon or something accidentally happened there's drills and such for that. Geez and here I thought your Motto is "It's all up Here" Maybe they shold change that to "It's all nobrainers here"
