http://www.facebook.com/ditchingdiets & http://www.trainwithselena.com - Start adding some of these foods to you daily "diet" and see if they aid with releasing fat. Consuming all of these at one time will NOT magically get the weight off...lol!

Grapefruit
Zucchini
Pears
Chili Peppers
Garlic
Almonds
Apple Cider Vinegar
Green Tea
Tuna
Cottage Cheese
Strawberries
These is not an all inclusive list but these are some that I add to my "diet."
