Self portrait tutorial for you guys...

Basic steps:

1. Original
2. Prepare for HDR (6 pictures with exposures -3, -2, -1, 0, +1, +2
3. after hdr
4. clean up the stuff like stand, vents etc
5 see it clean
6. add some photoshop brushes, grunges, etc.

  • I like the final result, but theres one thing I see people do over and over again, that throws the photos kinda off a bit.

    I think that if you decido to photograph knees down the subject, you should also capture the feet. Because the pictures gets unbalanced. But the edit is just cool, I liked it alot.

  • @miguelgaio I agree with you, but my tripod doesnt allow me to go vertical.. i had to do it horizontal. I ran out of room and if I had my head higher would've been distorted cause of the 18mm. But if i was doing this for a client, definitely would've gotten everything :)
