basically i'm the same.... like, "whatever"...
it was an ok film. but finally a true review. but its just sad, none of the other critics dare to give this movie a 6-8 review because they know they'd be ripped apart.
as a MOVIE, it just wasnt that good at all.
there are people who just dont care much about history. if this movie cant make me care, then its just not meant for me

yeah, but u've got remember that movies are after all, for entertainment. Especially for people outside the rugby circus, or just aren't aware of the situation to fully appreciate it. I think it's a fair review. (I'm still looking forward to the film, having read the book and being a rugby fan myself)

Mate lots of people in the world care. Your American doesn't care and that doesn't mean the people in the other part of the world does not care. The South Africian, the British, the Aussie, the Kiwi, the Pacific Islanders, the French, the Kenyan, the Sri Lankan and even some people in Argentina care. Your American's view does not and cannot represent the view of the other parts of the world.

It's not good form to respond ot angry people on here, but.. I am not saying the event is "so what" for South Africans or any sports lover. I am speaking to the amount I cared as a film lover.
