@boscoesarmy My mom's maiden name was Lynott. She emigrated to New York in 1930. The farm in Kileen is now part of the Burke's Property. I went down a boreen to find the place. Don't know if any of the Burke's are still around. The Burke's did not look good in September 1997. My first cousin Michael Lynott still has a farm in Knockaun although he lives in London. I believe all the Lynotts are exiled to Dublin, the UK and the USA.
Beautiful.
How far would that jump have to be?
