Buy a good kind of flour, then get ready to have cimmion and sugar then butter on the counter. And get a square shape flat pan on the top of stove and put butter on it. and heat it up average 2 to 5 til it show bubbles then put flour on it and til you see flour making bubble growing and time to put butter on top and bottom then add cimmion and sugar mix on top and bottom. Then wait til it become golden brown and crusty turn off the heat on stove then put on the plate and good to go ! That is called Elephant Ear because it is like it is.
