Tom plays one of his own compositions from 2004 at the conclusion of a house concert on September 18, 2010, in Sutter Creek, California.

The title came from a flavor of Cedar Crest ice cream -- a brand sold in Wisconsin, where Tom occasionally goes on musical sabbatical at the home of his good friend, fellow composer Neil Blaze.

  • this is amazing! no doubt comparable to a joplin piece.... any way i could get the sheet music? no way ill be learning this one by ear!

  • @scottjop656 I think Tom very recently typeset this piece (Andrew Barrett made one from a copy of Tom's manuscript several years ago). It isn't in any of his folios yet though. I'm sure it'll be an interesting one for you to learn once it's available. It's in the keys of G-flat and C-flat!

  • Is the sheet music for this available in one of Tom's folio's?

  • @forfaox Not yet...
