So let me see if I understand....this guy has worked out for 6 YEARS with weights and he's a personal trainer. Now he wants us to believe that the results he got was from using a Bowflex for 6 weeks. All this guy did was eat a bunch a crap to add fat so that he looked out of shape. Then he trained for 6 weeks AND stopped eating crap and then lost the weight that he gained so he could bullshit everyone.. Not saying Bowflex won't help you, but this guy is all bullshit.
