    Power = (weight*distance/time).

    Lifting a weight over a distance (via repetitions) as quickly as possible demonstrates power.

  • @skarpskyttar i try not to do this or "good mornings" since i have to know what im doing so i dont injure my back. just do your basic squats, push ups, sit ups, pull ups. there really isnt a need for any more unless your in bodybuilding competition.

  • this is more of a good transfer of kinetic energy than a demonstration of power. i want to see the guys that bench over 200lb do chest flys with 100lb

  • i hate crossfit cleans
