how often do you do that?

got a quick question..what do you put into the radiator of a crf250.. i ve been told to put just neat anti freeze, i ve also been told to put water and antifreeze in various ratios ;) and i ve also been told to put genuine honda coolant in aswel.... PLEASE HELP! ! !
