Stand by Me in Public

On Saturday, March 29, 2008 approximately 30 "agents" infiltrated Watertower Place in Chicago, IL, singing "Stand by Me" and eventually getting kicked out - by an officer!

So they went to Watertower Park, a small courtyard nearby. And did the same, a little more successfully.

This is their story.

seriously. Here's a GOOD idea. GET A VIDEOGRAPHER! You need someone that knows how to tape and edit a video. I have attended one of the events and it was a blast. The video quality, however, sucked. Spur of the noodle is a lot of fun, but the videos do a poor job of showing it.

The Frozen Apple Store video which is currently on YouTube was directly uploaded from one of the three videographers during that event. An actually edited-video is still unavailable for it.

Both the Apple store and this event ended up being extremely last-minute video-wise. Consequently this particular event was only shot with one camera. It's hard to get crowd response and event coverage with only one cameraman, which is something we have learned and will take into consideration in the future.

i must say that this was a GREAT job of capturing the event, especially considering that it came from one person taking the footage. you can see the reactions we got from people and how much fun everyone at the event actually had. it was a blast, and the events to come are going ot continue to build on how enjoyable it is to be a part of Spur of the Noodle!

Augh, I overslept and didn't make it this time :(. BUT, my friends made it, and it's nice to see them in the vid! I hope the next one is soon enough...
