    bro its used to supplement your proper workouts like 1 day a week to help you get more cut up coz its so much more intense basically an insane giant set, i felt alot healthier doing it but you are right if you did this all the time youd have lats and sore abs that is all

    @javedb2 Streach, try standing, touch your palms off the floor, will streach out your hams, do this every day, streaching a bit more, it will greatly improve your flexibility
