@soulja4daHOLYOne What I mean by "do this or go to hell" is that each text in question says that I must actively follow that faith, thus far I have to 'do' something, not about work, its about the fact that they all say I must do as it says.

Anyways this has been a decent debate but I'mma let this rest and listen to the music.

@Squiddey what i mean by "do this or go to hell" is about the false idea that salvation is based in on your works, so really i should say "you do this work or go to hell", unless you want to count believing as a "work". however i rest on faith on the work that Christ has done.

@soulja4daHOLYOne You've actually just contradicted yourself.

You said its not "do this or go to hell" and then loosely said that you 'have to believe in Christ', which in itself is a "Do this or go to hell" scenario. Almost all religions say the same thing "Our God(s) are/is the true God(s), believe this faith or go to hell" so really Christianity is no different in that regard.

The only religions/similar systems exempt are those revolving around nature or re-incarnation...

@Squiddey it's not "do this or this or you'll go to Hell". Every path leads to Hell , except through Christ. that's why the Bible describes it as the "Narrow Gate", as compared to the "Wide Gate", which is every other path (which leads to Hell). Christianity makes more sense than other faiths in the sense that we cannot earn our way to God's standards (baptisms, sacrements, religion duties, etc), so we must rely on the One who did it for us. Only God could save us, not ourselves.

@soulja4daHOLYOne Actually its because all the 'people of faith' as I call them, say just that... "Complete fullfillment through/in [diety/idol name]"... I have fulfillment with myself, I don't need anyone else to provide it for me.

Plus if you look into 90% of religious text they say if you do this or this your going to "hell" when you die, and my personal belief is that the only real way to avoid "hell" is to avoid believing in a single faith... No offence, just my opinion.

@Squiddey but why when you can have complete fulmillment in Christ? it is good oyu dont care for about evidence or proof for atheism cuz there isn't. ive tried it, but that 'Higher Love' always brings me back!

@soulja4daHOLYOne By not religious I mean I belong to no church or faith... I would be an Athiest but I dont care about evidence or proof, I prefer things to just be as they are xD
