Iran's state-owned media said unidentified motorcyclists shot and killed a nuclear physicist in front of his home in Teheran on July 23. The scientist was identified as Darioush Rezae, 35, a professor at Mohaqeq Ardebili Technical College and said to have been employed in Iran's nuclear program.
"The terrorists, who were riding a motorcycle, attacked the professor on Bani Hashem Street in eastern Teheran," a police official was quoted by the state-owned Mehr news agency said.
