Short shot made with new canon 5D mark 2

Never realized the canon 5D video was only auto mode,
but if you lock into a setting you can still get nice shots, even backlit like this.

Be sure to watch in HD

There is a tree outside, moving in front of the sun, creating the flicker effect

  • thats from the image stabilization TICKING

  • Nice video. What lens & filter did you use?

  • Looks beautiful, but am wondering what is causing the flicker? Do you know what the shutter speed was set at when you shot this?

  • ouch wrong pipe

  • thats a stabilising lens I'm pretty sure.

all of the mechanical sounds in the body are amplified in the audio. Same as exposure compensation when turning the dial, zooming etc. AWESOME vid quality but need separate audio or external mic hooked up ;)
