That's a very big question! It starts with tying a small soft spongy ball to a whip & tapping the back of the leg - light as a fly - until he lifts it. Then praise/reward him & repeat. Move to the next leg until all 4 can be lifted with a touch of the ball. Never cause him pain or get impatient or it will go wrong - just keep him still & keep tapping. Once he understands leg lifting, you can teach him anything, including lunging/jumping without being held. My channel shows some loose work.
