i think if anybody knew shannon, it would be the guys from the band. they were best friends, and i'm sure they wouldn't do anything if they thought it was disrespectful to shannon, if you love him and miss him, think about how much more deeply that feeling radiates through them. i don't think shannon would be telling people not to go to their shows.

I like the way Shannon composed music. Most of their shit had an air of wisdom about it that could never be reproduced. That is all.

Such an amazing band and shannon was one of a kind...he will never be replaced....So original....One of my favorite bands and always will be right up there with alice in chains....both lived in the heavy spotlight with darkness covering them...it was just to much to carry....So sad they both could have made so much more great music....I was too young when they were alive and touring i wish i could ressurect them from the dead....There music has had such an impact in my life..Rest in Piece
