A copy of Super 8mm footage of a "dry" Niagara Falls during August 1969. The American Falls were made dry by installation of a cofferdam at the east end of Goat Island. This was for a five-month study to learn how to best preserve the asthetics of the mighty Niagara Falls. In the end, no action was taken.
