    even romaine is pretty limited on nutrients compared to darker greens like dandelion, collard, and mustard greens.

    Why even feed less nutritional greens when the better ones are just as cheap.

  • no lettuce is a horrible food. its jsut water and fiber and has limited calcium.

    dandelion is great also.
