Note To God by Charice Pempengco (cover by yayiemai)

This is my own rendition of Charice Pempengco's Note To God...As we all know Charice Pempengco is our singing Princess from the Philippines, who's just half my age BUT sings like a grown woman....im glad to have an early close encounter with her 5 0r 6 yrs ago in an amature singing contest in Sto.Tomas Batangas,Philippines if i can still remember. My Band was invited to perform as front act band for that event. She was the youngest contestant to join that night and the rest are 10+ yrs older than her and she bagged the 1st place of course...she sang a song by Whitney Houston "I Have NOthing"...i remember her mom talked to me if Charice can sing a song with our band cuz she dreams of being a band singer, her mom said. And she sang I will survive and after she sang, i didnt want to sing no more...LOL...And from then on i already became her FAN, even before she soar overseas and became very popular as a great performer at a young age...she is really awesome, blessed and im very proud of her...my co band vox took a picture of me with Charice but unfortunately she wasnt able to save a copy....the next thing i know is that when i was in South Korea,Charice is soaring high Internationaly ...with her great voice and her achievements, she deserves to be respected, loved and to be looked up to .



my experience during the making of this video:
Im so glad that i made a video like this because it made me become more aware that it's tough out there in the real world...human trafficking, domestic violence, animal cruelty(specially animal lab testing), oppression, child abuse, poverty and many more....it was so hard for me to look over and over at the pictures and video clips that i was putting up together for my video background, it breaks my heart seeing people hurt physically, emotionaly...seeing animals being butchered....it was really tough. i needed to stay focused cuz i really wanted to make an inspirational video like this and im hoping to make some more in the near future...
i will still continue to make yayiemai and yayiemoi funny MVs though...and im gonna be very very busy !!!!


I hope you guys will appreciate my video as my small contribution to the world to promote love, hope, peace, strength and faith in God...This is for all of us!!!

Many people told Charice she couldn't be a star coz she did not have the looks. That she did not have the star quality. But look at her now! It takes an Ellen Degeneres, Oprah Winfrey and all the heavyweights in the global music industry to recognize her talent and not her looks. Go Yayiemai! Keep singing girl! Don't mind those people who say you are not pretty! By saying you are not pretty, one can clearly discern what character they have....Maybe, they were raised in a barn!
