I'm totally up for gays, bi's, straights, etc. No one is to be forced to choose who they love. Choosing your sexuality shouldn't be decided by anyone but you. Religon can be pretty terrible. Reason being they use fear to try to end same sex attraction, and I seriously find it idiotic. It also shouldn't be discussed with America. America doesn't have just one religon in it. It has many variates. Any sexuality in America should be acceptable no matter what. Not because you don't think its right.

I'm a christian and I believe in gay rights, actually my whole family does. People love who they love and there is nothing anyone could ever do about that.

@toastershock im looking to ban interracial marraige again
do you support me on that?
or be a hypocrite

Great points, Paul. Now its up to the Supreme Court to uphold judge Walker's decision that Prop 8 is unconstitutional. As was demonstrated by Walker, the defendants (i.e., the religious right) haven't any solid reasoning to defend their position. We will find out after the case goes to the Supreme Court in December.

PROP 8 WON.
You people can still be married, so don't throw another tantrum, the people have spoken once again. Marriage is between a man and a woman! Get over it. Grow up and accept your defeat.

Majority of Americans are idiots, get over it. Doesn't make anyone right or wrong.
Sadly, what does make YOU wrong is the simple denial of rights. There will always be nazis like you.

You are right it is a MORAL issue. Like I think that you don't like know like what you are talking about!
LET ME SAY THIS ONE MORE TIME!! NO ONE IS TELLING ANYONE, NO ONE, NOBODY, WHO THEY CAN LOVE!!!! GET "FAIRIED" THAT WILL SOLVE EVERYTHING!!
I am not the one that identifies myself by where i put my penis!
I DO NOT HATE YOU!!! I don't care what you do in bed! It does not matter to me! Stop the madness!

Uh...anyone can love anyone. That could never be stopped.
Whether or not two people can get married? Yes, that can be stopped. And those people can get ostracized by a select group of people.
And I don't care what people do in bed, but I don't get why that gets brought into the conversation. I don't define straight people by 'guys who poke their penis in a vagina'. Or 'women who open their legs for dicks'. Gay people aren't all about sex either.
