Okay, maybe I went a bit too far with that last comment, maybe I didn't. But the point is is that like randomer199 said, YouTube has made an unfair move and I think JLC SHOULD sue.

This didn't even make sense. JLC's videos didn't even have directly captured audio - it was either from an external camera or at least background noise from an external camera. There was no reason for these videos to be taken down. His account had thousands of subs just like you said. He even said on his blog that he might be planning to become a youtube partner and make money from his videos.
I think he actually has the right to sue, lol.
