Yeah man, love this stuff. Just wish you had some close ups of your right hand. Great work though.
-
you should also make lessons that describe how to look so cool during playing!
that typical rockabilly face, mean face, that stuff.
-
i like how all of the students tell you how to improve the tone lol. sounds exactly like what im use to and there is no need to change a thing!
-
You're a real gone cat!
Seriously though, good stuff.

Brilliant tutorial, Damien - I'm a Brit whose trying to progress from Merle Travis (a whole lifetime of music in itself) to the Stray Cats - and this is one of the best rockabilly lessons I've seen online. Keep 'em coming...

@STEVEM730 Boss digital delay..I like to think I can make any delay unit sound ok. But I still like the sound of a analog pedal..

cool stuff, but i hear too much reverb. it sounds like you try to emulate a concert hall and it doesn't work for me.

actually i am using delay, and i have it set like that so it sounds like an old echoplex or to have that sound of the old slap back tape delay that was heard on alot of early rockabilly recordings..it may sound strange to the ear at first...but this is a common sound
