This may sound stupid, but I am quite interested in your views and have probably watched 3/4 of your videos (as many as i have been able to) and all of them make a lot of sense to me.

I was just wondering what is your view on posession of the soul? Is it real, how do we know if we/someone we know is under possesion?

I know this is not related to this video, but its just a question that i have been wondering about for a long time?

I can feel energy at the base of my spine starting to activate when I meditate on it, it feels like something BIG is about to happen. Two questions, anyone please answer: Is it going to go slowly up one-by-one...activating all the chakras, and I can stop it if I want by willpower...or, is it going to be unstoppable and instant like lightening, as it is going up?

Kundalini is sexual in nature but that doesn't make it sexual fluid. Kundalini is life energy. Once its awakens, it travels up the spine to clear all karma and tendencies. After all the energy centers are clear, then you will become realized. It is a challenging process when once its released. You will go through things that you haven't gone through in order for it to complete. Clearing all of chakra centers, clears you.

I recommend you look at your diet and excercise regime before looking into spiritual solutions. Usually a healthy body makes a healthy mind, and if they are healthy your skin will follow. The skin is the last thing to be affected even if it's the first thing you notice. :)
