It's amazing how the old tibetan bowl sounds so different, it really has that deep spacey pulse, a very complex and hypnotizing sound, unlike the new bowls or those glass "crystal" bowls that we see everywhere !

Interesting that you should say hypnotising sound - this particular bowl is very useful for recalling past lives! Ah, yes, those glass bowls - of course, glass is a far less flexible medium than metals and thus not so suited to harmonics or overtones. I hope that you will enjoy the other parts of this series when you have time and if you have the inclination.

The 800 years old bowl truly has a very spacey and deep sound!

@Hellchoir Yes this bowl has over twenty sounds in its makeup. Very rich and more than most of my other bowls. A real treasure!
