Nice job…I struggled with the second bead on my tire since my tire spoon doesn’t have the large curve. Did you ever figure out what that air sound was coming from?

At what time was it? I assume it was air being pushed out through the stem.

Thanks! Yeah, I have a link on the right showing some pics on how I did it.
My first attempt lasted 14k and almost 3 years. I replaced it since I found it to be loose and moisture caused rust on the spoke ends. This time my front tire had a leak that was easily fixed by taking off one side of the rim. See the first pic for the leak.
