O4W Proof of Concept Application

As part of my O4W learning experience, I took Ardbrook's database and their needs for an online Employee Self Service system and I extended their application to the web.

Whilst some work still needs to be done to make the system commercially viable, this video shows just what a non professional developer can achieve with a little time, a little help and a wonderful Web 2.0 product from Revelation Software.

Featuring AJAX technology and OpenInsight's Lindear Hash (MultiValue / NoSQL) database, this proof of concept has now been enhanced and implemented as a very fast and efficient Employee Self Service (ESS) solution.
